Is a multi-discipline group that includes SCORDIS, PAPAPETROU & Co LLC, a law firm, a Corporate Services arm and other affiliates, providing services to clients both in Cyprus and worldwide. The law Firm has a history of over 100 years, of nearly two centuries, in the aggregate, of practice and expertise, and its team comprises over 30 advocates and legal consultants, 15 inhouse qualified professionals of related disciplines and 50 paralegal, administrative and other personnel with Offices in Nicosia, Limassol, Athens and the UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts;
  • Work collaboratively to onboard new staff and offboard departing staff;
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment;
  • Oversee performance management and training programs;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information and documentation;
  • Assist with the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff;
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resource Management or Occupational Psychology or any other related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR role;
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail;
  • Experience supporting performance management and training programs;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management;
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment;
