 As part of its drive to further enrich and expand its Tax department, that builds on its strong track record while acting for high-profile local and international clients, SCORDIS, PAPAPETROU & Co (Corporate Services) Ltd is looking to recruit a motivated and dedicated Tax Assistant Manager to join us

 Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Drafting or assisting in the drafting of Tax Rulings & Tax memos.
  • Advising and/or assisting in advising on corporate direct tax and personal direct tax matters.
  • Compliance direct tax related tasks, such as reviewing of Financial Statements from direct tax perspective, preparation and filing of personal and corporate income tax returns.
  • Assisting in compiling Transfer Pricing Studies
  • Any other Direct Tax related tasks.

Requirements

  •  University degree with a background in accounting, law, finance, economics or a related field.
  • ACCA or ACA qualified will be considered as advantage
  • 5 years of relevant working experience (tax)
  • Familiarity with Cyprus Direct Tax Laws, interpretative Circulars and practice.
  • Knowledge of international tax and/or European tax developments will be considered as advantage
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and also individually
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
